Dr. Armijo and Annie have been longtime family friends. It just so happened that when Annie was ready for a career change, Dr. Armijo was ready for a location change! After many years working in Kuna, it was time to open up a practice a little closer to home in Boise. A partnership was born, creating Boise Health Haus, with Annie handling all things Administration and Dr. Armijo handling all things Medical.

Dr. Molly Armijo
Primary care physician
Dr. Molly Armijo is a board-certified family physician. She is a native of Bozeman, Montana, and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1991. After serving in the Navy for seven years, she decided to follow her dream of becoming a doctor. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington, and completed residency training at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho, where she was chief resident. After many years of work at her family medicine practice in Kuna, Dr. Armijo is very excited to have started her very own medical practice a little closer to home in Boise!
CHELSEA TENNENT, PA-C
Chelsea Tennent, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant in the state of Idaho with a background in orthopedics and family medicine. She earned her undergraduate in Biology at College of Idaho, and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Bryant University in Rhode Island. Although not born in Idaho, she was raised here and feels passionate about treating the people here. Chelsea is an advocate for human rights and equality, and wants you to feel comfortable and secure in your treatment. In her spare time, you'll find Chelsea's nose deep within a book, or walking around the greenbelt with her dogs Winston and Bodhi.

Practice manager
Annie was born and raised right here in Boise, Idaho. She had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Armijo’s family all the way back in 2006! She graduated from Idaho State University in 2018 with a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. While she loved working as an SLP with kids at a pediatric outpatient clinic, her heart was in practice management. She decided to start a business partnership with Dr. Armijo, and opened Boise Health Haus with her in 2021. You can find her happily typing away at her desk making sure the office runs as smoothly as possible!
